How do I create a mailbox?

Create mailboxes from your maileo management area after the service is active and the domain is set up. Choose the mailbox name you want, set a strong password, save the account, and then use the connection details provided by the platform to log in from your preferred mail client.

Choose mailbox names carefully and keep them predictable. Standard names such as support, billing, sales, and your personal name are easier to manage than ad-hoc naming.

After creation, test login and send/receive with a real message before rolling the address out to users.
